You may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It's that simple.

At Barron Haggai, we stand behind the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes items don't work out as expected, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Sale items are final sale unless defective

Note: Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy requirements.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at customercare@barronhaggai.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Step 2: Package Your Return

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation that came with the product.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Use a trackable shipping method to send your return to the address provided. We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediately upon approval

Important: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Exchange Alternative:

  • Place a new order for the item you want
  • Return the original item following our return process
  • This ensures you get the new item quickly
  • You'll receive a refund for the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right.

What to Do:

  • Take photos of the damage or defect
  • Email us with your order number and photos
  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label for defective items
  • Choose between a replacement or full refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items that have been altered or modified

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

When We Cover Return Shipping:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The item description was significantly inaccurate
